Kokomo is the name of a Tiki-style poolside bar located in a vacation complex in the Florida Keys. Kokomo is also a famous Beach Boys song. Kokomo is an 8 bedroom oceanfront beauty on the beautiful Outer Banks of North Carolina. Featuring a private walkway to the beach.....did we mention Oceanfront...Ocean Views, hot tub, decks, 2 whirlpool tubs, pool table, foosball table and more, this vacation retreat is perfect for that family reunion.

There is a large private pool (12' x 30') which is heated mid and off with pool season weeks. Imagine your family enjoying sun, fun, beach and the pool while you relax and plan which movie you will watch next on the 42" TV with surround sound in the Great Room or if you want the full movie house atmosphere head downstairs to the comfortable Theater Room where you can watch your favorite show on a 92" projection screen.

You are close to great shops and dining in Nags Head..or make a day trip to Manteo and catch the Lost Colony Outdoor Drama that evening. The kids will love crossing the bridge to Hatteras Island, about 40 minutes away or let them watch the charter boats come in at Pirate's Cove, about 10 minutes away by car.

There are 5 king beds, 2 queens, a pyramid bunk, 3 bunk sets, 2 queen sofa beds and a trundle bed. No need to worry about renting the sheets and towels, they are provided and the beds will be made before you get here! A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.
